Luxurious Minded Creatures
A wonderful phrase I "borrowed" from her late majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother... Come join me in my luxurious minded kingdom.

The “operation” promoted Peace & Sport, an organization founded by a French Olympic penthalete (Joël Bouzou) and under the “high patronage” of Monaco’s sovereign, Prince Albert II. Yet it was most interestingly named after the Titanic-descended movin’-and-shakin’ Olympic God of the Seas! The organization’s founder, Bouzou, the Prince, his nephews, and the World Champion diver Pierre Frolla led the “mission” to retrieve the flag of the 69th Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monte-Carlo. The divers jumped out of helicopters in this symbolic and traditional retrieval just two days before Sebastian Vettel lapped his victory in the actual Grand Prix race last Sunday.
Pierre Casiraghi, the younger of the aforementioned princely nephews, provided the transport. Pierre Casiraghi is the recently invested majority shareholder of Monacair, the helicopter fleet founded by his late father, Stefano Casiraghi, in 1988. Pierre is the youngest of Stefano’s three children, whose mother is Prince Albert’s sister, Caroline de Hanovre. As such, Pierre is behind his older brother, Andrea, in the line of succession to the Monegasque throne — behind Andrea, but ahead of Charlotte, because the succession laws favor sons over daughters. Andrea being preoccupied with international diplomacy, and Charlotte being busy as the fashionista of the Global Champions Tour, Pierre was indeed the chosen one to inherit the companies founded by Stefano in his tragically short lifetime, Engeco and Monacair.
Pierre is not even, though nearly, 24 years old. He does not even have a university degree. He merely “finished” — he did not “graduate” from — his economic studies at Milan’s prestigious Luigi Bocconi University. But indeed, Stefano never graduated either. Stefano left the same university after only two years of an academic career that made him restless and impatient to bite at the world! His son Pierre — the child least likely to have any real memory of him — proves all the time to be his truest successor. But all three of the Casiraghi kids have a tendency (variously, for better or worse) to “jump the gun,” exactly as their father always did! It is definitely premature to call Pierre an entrepreneur; yet that’s exactly what he’s being hailed as in Monaco’s business community, which wants desperately for him to be a leader by example for his generation. And maybe he will be…. only time will tell if he is to be, like Poseidon, and move any mountains! D for Dreadful. T for Troll.: Operation Poseidon

This is the first #unfoundedroyalrumor to be posted on this tumblr. I hope to post many more, as they can be quite fun. This one has a ring of hope to it.
The children of the deceased offshore racing champion and entrepreneur are rumored to be considering a joint launch of a charitable foundation in his name.
Stefano Casiraghi founded two Monaco-based corporations:
Monacair (helicopter charters) - founded in 1988
Engeco (construction) - founded in 1984
Both corporations are private enterprises owned by the shareholders. The majority shareholder of both Monacair and Engeco is Pierre Casiraghi.
Stefano Casiraghi was twice World Offshore Champion. He died in October 1990 defending his title when his catamaran flipped off the coast of Cap Ferrat.
He was married to Princess Caroline of Monaco, his widow and the mother of his children. D for Dreadful. T for Troll.: The Stefano Casiraghi Memorial Fund?

Caroline of Monoca and Stefano Casiraghi. Stefano does the tie tuck and wears his trousers on his natural waist. Not on his hips. Trousers are not jeans, so they should not fit like jeans. Higher waisted trousers are more comfortable and prevent the showing of shirt underneath the middle button of the coat (when buttoned). This tends to ruin proportions and looks messy, just like too short or too long jacket sleeves.
